36 5 In the Wilderness W hile under arrest, Anne still had many visitors. She still spoke about messages from God. Ministers went to see her to discuss her ideas. But they were not really interested. Instead, they trapped her into making even more “errors,” as they called them. They made a long list of these errors. The Boston church decided to try Anne in court again. This time the charge was heresy, or false religious beliefs. 37 In March 1638, the court met in Boston to finish their business with Anne.
